I am a Personal and Private Chef, Cookbook Author, and Nutrition Consultant. It is my desire and passion to help busy families, business professionals, seniors, couples, celebrities, and athletes eat their way back to a healthy lifestyle! I also specialize in planning menus for those who have Type I or Type II diabetes, hypertension, food allergies, heart conditions, and those living a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle. I have worked in the food industry for over 10 years. I am classically trained in the Culinary and Hospitality/Hotel & Restaurant Management program Collin County Community College. I have had the pleasure of working with the Dallas Cowboys creating nutritional food for the athletes and corporate executives. I am a member of the United States Personal Chef Association and the American Culinary Federation Texas Chefs Association. I also volunteer with the Mercy Chefs, an organization to provide disaster relief in the form of food and food preparation for thousands of families in need. Personal Chef Services

Chef Jeramie provides all clients with gourmet-quality meals with a customized menu created through individual consultation with you. Chef Jeramie will take the worry out of the busy family’s favorite phrase…. “what’s for dinner?” He will create a variety of meals for you that keep you from visiting the drive thru lane or busy retail restaurants. Each daily meal will be prepared based on dietary needs, health plan, long-term goals, desires, and preferences from consultation. Each meal will allow you time to connect and spend time with your family while I do the work for you with ease and style. This service is ideal for those seeking meals for multiple days throughout the week and month.

Chef Jeramie will:

1. Help you create a menu suited for your needs and desires through consultation.
2. At least one week prior to the first cooking date the chef will share the full menu with you. Once approved Chef Jeramie will start the process of gathering products, equipment, other essentials to make your delicious meals.
3. On each cooking date Chef Jeramie will shop for the freshest ingredients for your meals.
4. Chef Jeramie will bring in all foods and prepare a delicious meal for you. Your kitchen will be left cleaned (as you left it) and filled with the aroma of your meal.
5. He will ensure all food is packaged and labeled to make reheating a cinch!

Private Chef Services

As your Private Chef, it is my passion to prepare one delicious, unforgettable meal for you, your significant other, and/or your family and friends. Through the Private Chef experience, Chef Jeramie prepares a single meal for a couple’s dinner or a private dinner party of no more than 8 people. You will be provided with a free consultation with Chef Jeramie. He will prepare an exquisite meal for you according to your desires. The meal will be prepared in your kitchen with the freshest ingredients for a memorable day or evening.

Interactive Cooking Classes

Engaging in cooking classes with Chef Jeramie is an amazing experience! You may include your coworkers, family, friends, significant other, or have a small group to enjoy a great night with Chef Jeramie. You will enjoy the open and charismatic atmosphere in your home with Chef Jeramie. During this experience, you and your guests will learn unique techniques, cooking styles, and luxurious cuisines to delight your palate. Chef Jeramie will guide you in preparing an appetizer, entrée, and dessert of your choice. By the end of this experience each participant will walk away with firm confidence in their cooking abilities after seeing and tasting a divine meal. This service is ideal for parties of 5 – 20 people.
